extended the data freeze until Monday. This is to ensure
that the data
quality on the new system is correct.

2003 before 6:30 pm.

Dear Customer,
In order to address the fast changing ISP service market
needs, we
have planned to upgrade the existing platform to a new
hardware
specification. This platform will provide an increased
range of
products and greater flexibility in ISP technology.
We have endeavoured to enable our entire customer base
a service
that will deliver the latest technology, thus achieving
a reliable
and stable service. Efforts have been made to minimise
the impacts
on existing services for our customers.
Prior to the completed hardware upgrade, there will
be data freeze
for account administration and FTP access on 4th February
2003.
This interruption should last no longer than 48 hours.
This will
be followed by a minor service outage lasting at most
4 hours
during the early hours of Thursday 6th February 2003.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused
during
this maintenance period.
